Founding plumbing-pilot boundaries

This page describes the proposed founding plumbing offer. A signed, company-specific pilot agreement controls before any customer call begins.

Proposed scope

One residential plumbing company, one location, one incoming line, one approved scheduling-intake or owner-approval workflow, separate English and Spanish paths, approved after-hours or overflow coverage, 30 live days or 250 connected minutes—whichever comes first—and human review under the approved consent and retention design.

Proposed price

The total founding plumbing pilot is $750. A $250 reservation is refundable until the participant accepts the written plumbing scope and company-specific configuration begins. The remaining $500 is due after written sandbox acceptance and before live routing.

A qualified operator may place the reservation through Conecta’s dedicated secure Stripe checkout without a sales call. Checkout does not accept the later client-specific scope, begin configuration or authorize live traffic. Conecta may decline an unsupported fit and refund the reservation.

At 250 connected minutes, coverage pauses unless the participant approves overage in writing. Approved overage costs $1.50 per connected minute, and the pilot hard-stops at 300 connected minutes.

Acceptance and safety gate

Live traffic begins only after both parties sign the plumbing pilot agreement, the full $750 pre-live amount settles, and the client accepts the English case, Spanish case, plumbing safety stop, service rules, escalation path and recording language. Conecta then provides separate written activation. Payment alone never authorizes customer calls.

Operating boundaries

The founding scope captures approved requests for office confirmation. It does not diagnose, provide repair instructions, quote, invent prices or availability, promise an appointment, claim dispatch or replace emergency services.

Safety reports stop ordinary intake and follow a fixed, client-approved script and escalation path. A safety miss pauses the workflow while it is corrected and retested.

No revenue guarantee

Conecta does not guarantee bookings, revenue or profit. Reporting distinguishes captured requests, office-confirmed appointments and completed jobs using records the participant provides.

Refund definition

The signed plumbing agreement will define eligible calls, required fields, incorrect handling, safety failures, exclusions, when configuration begins and the exact refund process. No live pilot begins until both parties approve those definitions.
