Managed call recovery for residential plumbing
A private validation path for approved after-hours and overflow windows. The proposed desk captures the service need, callback details and preferred scheduling window in English or Spanish, then sends a ready-to-review request to your office.
The plumbing pilot begins with a $250 refundable reservation and written company-specific scope. Payment alone never starts configuration or customer routing.
The leak happens when the office is helping another caller, the team is in the field or a homeowner calls after the staffed window.
Conecta Recovery Desk is validating a plumbing-specific path for that gap. Your team stays first, and the proposed desk never diagnoses, quotes, invents availability or claims dispatch.
The plumbing handoff
These fictional examples show ordinary plumbing requests. The proposed desk captures what the office needs; the office confirms the appointment. Safety reports stop normal intake and follow a fixed, client-approved script.
SIMULATION 01 · ENGLISH AFTER-HOURS
Thanks for calling Lakefront Plumbing. I’m the automated after-hours scheduling assistant. With your permission, this call will be recorded and transcribed so the office can follow up. Is that okay?
Yes. My kitchen sink is draining very slowly, but it is not overflowing.
I can collect a service request for the office. What is the service ZIP code, and is morning or afternoon easier?
60614. Tomorrow afternoon would be best. You can call me back on this number.
Thank you. I’ll send the slow-drain request, ZIP code, callback number and afternoon preference to the office for confirmation. I’m not confirming an appointment yet.
The operating model
First map the gap in writing. Then prove the exact questions, safety stops and handoff before any customer call is considered.
Service area, eligible jobs, capacity, fees, escalation paths and the exact promises the desk may make.
During approved after-hours or overflow windows, the desk handles ordinary scheduling intake in English or Spanish, then sends the request to your team for confirmation.
The desk captures approved fields and sends them for review. Uncertain, out-of-scope or requested-human calls follow the escalation or fallback you approved.
Each week, we reconcile call → eligible → office-confirmed appointment → completed job. Completed-job and invoice-payment statuses depend on the records your team provides.
The proposed product ladder
The private review validates the operating gap first. Any paid pilot begins with managed capture; owner approval or direct calendar booking is added only through a separate written scope and acceptance test.
The proposed desk captures the approved plumbing need, callback details and preferred window, then sends a review-ready office handoff.
The office remains the appointment and dispatch authority.A later signed scope can let the caller choose an approved window, request one decision from an authorized operator and confirm only after approval.
No approval means no appointment promise.Direct confirmation is considered only after the authoritative calendar passes read, write, conflict and rollback tests.
A failed calendar or message falls back to office confirmation. The current private review does not activate these modes. Any later premium appointment operation requires its own signed scope, payment path, sandbox acceptance and written activation.
Not another AI receptionist
The proposed product is reviewed call handling and clean office handoffs—not an autonomous plumbing dispatcher.
Model the leak
This calculator is deliberately transparent. It is an estimate—not a forecast, guarantee or customer result.
12 × 4.33 weeks × 50% eligible × 60% office-confirmed × 75% completed + collected × $450
This illustration excludes Conecta fees, capacity constraints, changes in job mix and incremental operating costs. Use your own reconciled completed-and-collected rate.Trust is a feature
That is why safety, scheduling integrity and a client-approved escalation path are launch gates—not fine print.
Best first fit
The founding pilot is intentionally narrow. We want a real call leak, a writable workflow and an owner who cares about completed jobs—not a vanity demo.
Private plumbing validation
The first step is a company-specific one-page call path based only on facts your team supplies or approves. It is a fit decision, not a live agent or a disguised checkout.
$750 total founding pilot. The reservation remains refundable until you accept the written plumbing scope and company-specific configuration begins. The remaining $500 is due after sandbox acceptance and before live routing.
Review the plumbing reservationA written fit decision does not authorize configuration or customer traffic. Any later pilot requires its own signed scope, approved payment path, sandbox acceptance and separate written activation.
Straight answers
No. The proposed path covers only an approved no-answer, overflow or after-hours gap. Your team remains the authority for appointments, exceptions and dispatch.
That is one of the exact paths being validated. Your team rings first; only the approved unanswered or busy-line condition would move to Recovery Desk after testing.
The caller chooses explicitly. English and Spanish use separate paths so one language does not drift into the other.
No. It captures an approved request. Safety reports stop normal intake and use a fixed script; the system does not diagnose or provide repair instructions.
Not in the proposed founding scope. It begins with managed capture. A later premium owner-approval mode can confirm only after an authorized operator approves; direct calendar booking requires a separate integration and acceptance test. It never claims a technician was dispatched.
The initial one-page fit review offered through this validation path does not use a checkout. If there is a real operating gap, the exact paid pilot scope and milestones are provided in writing before any commitment.
