Information we receive

If you contact us, we may receive your name, company, role, work email, phone number and information you choose to provide about your call-handling workflow. Our site may also receive ordinary technical information such as browser type, referring page and campaign parameters when analytics are enabled.

Reservation checkout

Our reservation checkout is hosted by Stripe. For that checkout, Stripe collects the required customer information—full name, business name, email address and phone number—along with payment method and billing information needed to process the transaction. Stripe processes the payment information under its own privacy practices.

Conecta receives the transaction and customer details Stripe makes available to us, such as the payment status and amount, transaction and receipt identifiers, and the customer contact and billing details associated with the reservation. We use those details to review and confirm the reservation, communicate about the pilot, issue receipts or refunds, keep accounting records and meet legal obligations. Stripe, rather than Conecta, handles the full card details entered at checkout. Payment and transaction records may remain subject to Stripe's practices and applicable accounting, tax, dispute and legal requirements.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, assess pilot fit, prepare a demonstration, operate an agreed pilot and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Pilot call data

Pilot call recording, transcription, retention and deletion rules are documented separately with each participating business. The service is configured to disclose automation and request recording consent before collecting intake information. Callers who decline are routed according to the participating business’s approved fallback.

Advertising and measurement

We may use campaign parameters and advertising-platform measurement tools to understand which campaigns produce qualified business inquiries. This notice will be updated before any materially new tracking technology is activated.
