Founding-pilot boundaries
This page describes the proposed founding offer. The signed pilot agreement controls and will define all eligibility, refund and handling terms before live customer calls begin.
Proposed scope
One location, one incoming line, one approved scheduling-intake or owner-approval workflow, English and Spanish after-hours or overflow coverage, 30 live days or 250 connected minutes—whichever comes first—and human review under the approved consent and retention design.
Proposed price
The total founding pilot is $750. A $250 reservation is refundable until the participant accepts the written scope and custom configuration begins. The remaining $500 is due after acceptance testing and before live routing.
A qualified operator may place the reservation through Conecta’s secure Stripe checkout without a sales call. Checkout does not constitute scope acceptance, start configuration or authorize live traffic. Conecta may decline an unsupported fit and refund the reservation.
At 250 connected minutes, coverage pauses unless the participant approves overage in writing. Approved overage costs $1.50 per connected minute, and the pilot hard-stops at 300 connected minutes.
Acceptance and safety gate
Live traffic begins only after the sandbox scenarios, service rules, escalation path and recording language are accepted, both parties sign the pilot agreement, the full $750 pre-live amount is settled and Conecta provides written activation. Payment alone never authorizes live customer calls. Any safety miss pauses the workflow while it is corrected and retested.
No revenue guarantee
We do not guarantee bookings, revenue or profit. The pilot measures handling accuracy and attributed outcomes using the participant’s actual call, booking and completed-job records.
Measurement and customer records
Weekly reporting reconciles calls, eligible requests, office-confirmed appointments and completed jobs. Completed-job and invoice-payment statuses depend on records the participant provides; Conecta does not represent an unconfirmed request as a booked or completed job.
Refund definition
The signed agreement will define eligible calls, minimum sample size, required critical fields, incorrect bookings, safety failures, exclusions, when configuration begins and the exact refund process. No live pilot starts until both parties approve those definitions and the full pre-live amount has settled.
