02 · Place a refundable reservation

The total pilot is $750. The remaining $500 is due after sandbox acceptance and before live routing. The pilot covers one location, 30 live days or 250 connected minutes, whichever comes first.

These checks only confirm that you reviewed the checkout boundaries. They are not a signature, services agreement or authorization to route customer calls.

03 · What happens after a reservation

Written intake. Conecta emails the operating worksheet to the address used at checkout.
Fit decision. We accept the scope or refund the reservation; payment alone never activates service.
Sandbox first. Your exact rules are tested before the $500 balance or any live call routing.
